Our planned monthly policy is simple: cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Your plan won’t renew.
For example, if your paid period ends October 26 and you cancel October 10, you keep access until October 26. The next monthly renewal is stopped.
This policy will apply when paid subscriptions launch.Every listed plan includes access to the web portal and the mobile app for iPhone and iPad. Owners and employees use business tools according to their role. Invited customers use their own accounts to book available appointments and view promotions and events. Starter supports 3 active team members, 25 customer records, and 30 booked appointments per month. Growth will support 10 active team members, 500 customer records, and 500 booked appointments per month for $29 USD. Pro will support 25 active team members, 2,500 customer records, and 2,000 booked appointments per month for $59 USD. Team limits include owners. Growth and Pro are coming soon.
Each customer record in your business counts toward the customer record limit, whether or not that customer has accepted a login invitation. Staff accounts are separate from this customer count.
The planned policy stops your next monthly renewal. You keep access through the paid billing period, then your workspace becomes read-only when paid access expires. Cancellation does not end the time you already paid for.

No. Starter is the free plan, available now. There is no free trial.
Appointments count when created. Rescheduling the same appointment does not count again, and cancellation does not restore the allowance.
Existing records remain accessible when a limit is reached.
Multiple-location support is not available yet. Proposed location limits are 1 for Starter, 1 for Growth, and 3 for Pro. These are planned limits, not currently available features.
Customer payment collection is not included in the current release. Your myClient subscription is separate from payments between your business and its customers.
